Terms and Conditions – Remote Biomagnetism Therapies at Equitzal
Confidentiality
All sessions carried out at Equitzal are completely confidential. The User’s identity and personal data are carefully protected and are not shared under any circumstances with third parties. The information provided is used solely for therapeutic purposes within the framework of the service offered.
Duration of the Sessions
The first biomagnetism session lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes, as it includes a complete analysis of the User’s energetic body.
Follow-up sessions have an average duration of 60 minutes, although this may vary depending on the type of therapy or the evolution of the process.
Sessions
To begin the sessions, the User must complete a form that will be sent once the corresponding payment has been made.
It is essential that the User provides complete information about their symptoms, current conditions, and whether they would like the therapy to focus on a specific issue or a general review.
The session includes a call of up to 15 minutes, during which the Therapist will answer questions and explain the therapeutic process.
As this is a remote therapy, the first session has a higher cost as it includes 4 magnets (Only for the UK). During the therapy, precise instructions will be given regarding the points on the body where the User must place them.
We are the first to offer this convenience to make remote treatment more effective and accessible.
During the first session, important information will be gathered regarding the main reason for consultation, as well as the User’s current emotional and physical state, and relevant medical history. This information allows the Therapist to have a complete and personalised overview of the User.
All sessions are personalised for each User, based on what needs to be energetically balanced at that time. Results may vary depending on the individual and their unique process.
Biomagnetism Therapy can be safely combined with conventional medical treatments or alternative therapies, as it does not interfere with other therapeutic processes.
Pre-Session Recommendations
The User will receive recommendations before each session to optimise results, such as:
Staying well hydrated.
Being in a quiet place without interruptions.
Having an open and receptive attitude during the session.
Session Packages
The User is not obliged to purchase session packages.
For minor conditions, it is recommended to take between 4 and 6 sessions, spaced every 7 to 15 days, according to the User’s specific conditions, to achieve complete and sustained healing.
Chronic or degenerative conditions will require additional sessions. The frequency and duration of the treatment will depend on the specific condition. It is common to have more intensive sessions during the first month, and to continue with monthly maintenance sessions.
Payments and Bookings
All sessions must be paid in advance through the authorised methods by Equitzal, at least 7 calendar days in advance.
The session booking is confirmed once the payment receipt has been received.
In case rescheduling is required, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be considered as completed, with no liability for the Therapist and no right to a refund.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be indicated during the purchase process and are the responsibility of the User, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no cost.
No refunds are offered for sessions cancelled outside the established timeframe or for no-shows without prior notice, releasing the Therapist from any obligation to reschedule or provide the therapy.
Packages or promotions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior authorisation from the Therapist.
The consumer gives their express consent for the remote biomagnetism therapy service to begin before the end of the legal 14-day cancellation period, and acknowledges that, once the service has been fully performed, they will lose their legal right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Therefore, cancellation is not possible once the service has started.
Liability and Disclaimers
At Equitzal, we guarantee the quality of our products and services. However, each body is different, and we cannot guarantee specific results or assume responsibility for possible allergies, sensitivities, or individual reactions.
The use of our products is at the User’s own responsibility. We recommend carefully following the usage instructions provided.
By agreeing to receive therapy at Equitzal, the User confirms understanding that they have not been asked at any time to suspend, modify or stop their conventional medical treatment.
Any change or suspension of medical treatment must always be indicated and supervised by their treating physician or authorised health professional (GP).
Biomagnetism Therapy does not replace medical diagnoses or treatments.
The User assumes full responsibility for the use of the information and results obtained through the therapeutic process.
If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have doubts about using our products, we advise you to consult a healthcare professional beforehand.
Side Effects – Healing Crisis
The User is informed about the possibility of experiencing a healing crisis after the session, as a natural part of the body’s cleansing and rebalancing process.
This reaction may last up to 7 days, and some common symptoms include:
Excessive thirst
Nausea
Sweating
Temporary increase in pain or discomfort
These symptoms are normal and will gradually disappear within a maximum period of 7 days.

Products
Natural oils made with selected ingredients for wellbeing and therapeutic use.
The User is responsible for reading the product indications and warnings before use.

Liability

Order and Confirmation
To place an order, the User must complete the purchase process on the platform or authorised means by Equitzal.
Order confirmation occurs once Equitzal receives the corresponding payment.
Equitzal reserves the right to reject any order it considers fraudulent or that does not meet the established requirements.
Prices and Payments
Prices include taxes and are expressed in pounds sterling (£).
Payment must be made in advance via the methods authorised by Equitzal.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be indicated during the purchase process and are the responsibility of the User, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order before shipment and receive a full refund, including handling costs.
After the order has been dispatched, if you cancel or refuse delivery, shipping and return costs will apply.
If you wish to change the delivery address, telephone numbers or other important information, please contact us as soon as possible. Such changes are subject to our approval and can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Shipping Information
United Kingdom (mainland):
Standard shipping is free on orders of £40 or more. For orders under £40, a shipping fee of £5.00 applies.
Delivery is expected within 2 to 5 working days once payment is confirmed.
Outside the United Kingdom:
Shipping is not available.
Shipping Policy
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but courier delays are beyond our control.
Equitzal is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or external factors outside its control.
The User must verify that the package is in good condition upon delivery and report any damage or anomalies within no more than 48 hours.
Failed Deliveries:
If the package is returned due to failed delivery, we will charge the cost of reshipping.
Items Not Received:
Notify us within a maximum of 72 hours to investigate with the courier.
Claims made after this period may be rejected.
Orders outside the United Kingdom:
Costs such as customs duties and international taxes are the responsibility of the User.
Return Policy
Return Period: If you change your mind, don’t worry. You can notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receipt.
Once you have informed us and your return request has been approved, you will have an additional 14 days to send it back to our facilities.
Important: Returns outside this period cannot be accepted.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or whose safety seal has been removed, in accordance with article 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
